Wal dorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Barback to join the Peacock Alley Team!

Located within Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property features 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay: $13 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Barback, you will be responsible for preparing and servicing bars throughout the hotel, supporting the delivery of outstanding guest service and ensuring financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Retrieving orders from storeroom, checking stock, and reconciling with requisitions
• Preparing garnishes and fruits, mixing juices, and storing supplies
• Assisting bartenders with stocking and maintaining the bar, including supplies and glassware
• Transporting and replacing beer kegs, performing routine maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces
