Job summary

World Equestrian Center Ocala seeks a Barback (Part Time PM Shift) to support bartenders by restocking, cleaning, and preparing garnishes. You will help keep the bar stocked with ice, liquor and beer, open tabs, and assist guests with questions.

Based at Yellow Pony, this on-site role requires teamwork, basic math and computer skills, and a professional appearance. TIPS certification is preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer and drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• TIPS certified preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Knowledge of proper service etiquette and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing duties: restocking garnishes, napkins, towels, glassware.
• Keep bar stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Check taps and ensure equipment works; change kegs as needed.
• Maintain clean bar surfaces and storage areas; dispose of trash.
• Assist in taking orders, preparing drinks, opening tabs, processing payments, and assisting guests.
