Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. seeks a Barback to support bartenders in our high-volume music venues. You will stock, clean, and maintain the bar area, assist with inventory, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Ideal candidates are fast, friendly, and safety-minded, able to handle alcohol service responsibly and work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a live music setting. Training in sanitation and health requirements is provided.
As a Barback in our legendary music and entertainment venues, you'll be the behind-the-scenes herowho keeps the bar running smoothly so our bartenders can shine. You'll stock and clean the bar andperform related tasks to increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team in a high-volume, music-fueled environment. Physical Requirements
Speak, hear, and use non-verbal cues to communicate. Stand and walk for extended periods, including
on uneven surfaces and while carrying items. Walk up and down stairs while navigating the venue.
Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and frequently sit, kneel, bend, and reach to move goods. Manual
dexterity for tasks such such as handling dishes.
Working Conditions
Restaurant/bar/live music environments, subject to both kitchen and customer areas, with large crowds
and elevated noise levels.
