You will maintain bar cleanliness, restock supplies, and uphold safety standards while staying flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays. NM Alcohol Server Certification is required, and applicants should be able to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, service, and storage areas.
• Clean and polish glassware, tools, and bar equipment.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Anticipate service needs and proactively assist bartenders during busy shifts.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive guest-focused attitude.
• Follow all company safety and service procedures.
