Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Santa Fe, NM, seeks an energetic Barback to support bartenders and ensure smooth bar operations, cleanliness, restocking, and guest service. You will maintain bar areas, glassware, and supplies, and assist during busy shifts while upholding safety standards.

Must hold New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification, be able to lift 30+ pounds, and have flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, service, and storage areas.

• Anticipate service needs and proactively assist bartenders during busy shifts.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive guest-focused attitude.
