Job summary

La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Bar Back to support a busy Food & Beverage team in downtown Santa Fe. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive wages, benefits, and travel discounts for you and your family.

As Bar Back, you will restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies; prepare garnishes; maintain bar cleanliness; change kegs; and assist bartenders during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Serv Safe certification required.
• New Mexico Alcohol Certification required.
• Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physically able to carry 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Works well in teams and individually, with strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods.
