Balboa Bay Club Ventures LLC is seeking a Bar Back for Bar nineteen48 at Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach. You will support bartenders, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure flawless service behind the scenes and on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have TIPS certification.
• Current Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Excellent organization and guest service focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all bar areas.
• Ensure bartenders have access to products, glassware, ice, and garnishes.
• Prepare juices, syrups, garnishes, and ingredients per spec.
• Anticipate operational needs and support bartenders during service.
• Participate in beverage education sessions and service development.
