Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Barback or Busser role.
• Ability to stand, walk and move around during the entire shift.
• In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully stocked, organized, and clean bar and BOH spaces during service.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar supplies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, counters, sinks, storage areas, shelves, and coolers.
• Wash glassware and barware promptly, ensuring items are cleaned and stored properly.
• Assist with garnishes, juices, mixers, and mise en place before and during service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to bartenders and management.
• Receive and organize deliveries and rotate stock according to standards.
• Support operational flow by anticipating bartender needs during high-volume periods.
• Communicate with managers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
