Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs (cases).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic bar tools and drink components (or willingness to learn).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Prepare garnishes and simple mixes.
• Keep bar surfaces, floors, and equipment clean.
• Retrieve and wash glassware; return clean glasses to stations.
• Assist bartenders with orders during peak hours.
• Empty trash, wipe spills, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Support opening/closing procedures.
• Organize inventory and store deliveries properly.
