Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a barback for our New York venues. You will assist bartenders, stock and maintain bar areas, and support fast-paced guest service in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of barback or related Tao Group experience and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, with a focus on safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move quickly.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking, cleaning, and supporting service needs.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization; stock bar stations with supplies.
• Learn and follow Tao Group Hospitality standards and procedures.
