Job summary

Flight Club Cincinnati is seeking a friendly Barback to support bartenders in delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale social darts venue. You will help with restocking, garnishes, and keeping a clean, organized bar.

The role requires food handlers and alcohol certification, 2 years of high-volume experience, ability to stand and lift 50+ lbs, and legal work in the US. Competitive tips and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have current food handlers and alcohol certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer and build rapport with guests.
• Assist in maintaining guest eye view behind the bar and support bar team.
• Ensure quick and efficient service by restocking, preparing garnishes and maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests for seamless service.
• Manage stock, maintain inventory levels, and reduce wastage.
• Follow cleaning and delivery procedures to protect resources and ensure a safe workspace.
• Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned and show urgency in duties.
