Flight Club Cincinnati is seeking a Barback to support our front-of-house team in delivering high-energy guest experiences in an upscale darts bar. You’ll assist bartenders, stock the bar, prepare garnishes, and keep the bar top clean while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current valid food handler and alcohol certifications.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume environment.
• Available to work weekends and holidays; able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with guests and assist in service.
• Support bartenders by restocking, garnishes, and maintaining workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure quick service.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
