Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain KRGC Gaming License.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Physically able to lift items in excess of 80 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock liquor, glassware, and ice; ensure proper set-up.
• Maintain clean bar areas, coolers, and equipment.
• Perform deep cleaning and transfers/dry stock paperwork.
• Maintain PARs and order as needed.
• Provide friendly guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow policies and escalate to management when needed.
