Job summary

Luce Hotel at Saint Petersburg, FL, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a dynamic server/bartender to support our bar and dining operations. You will restock, prepare garnishes, and ensure smooth service from bar to table.

This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel setting. The ideal candidate has strong communication, a positive attitude, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and bend for extended periods.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (if applicable).
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Exposure to hot surfaces, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
• Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
• Assist servers with guest requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests.
• Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.
