Job summary

Eli’s Restaurant Group is opening a new location in Danbury and is looking to hire Elicit Barbacks. In this role, you will assist the bartending team and ensure the bar is well-stocked and orderly while delivering a great guest experience.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, be team players, and be capable of physically demanding tasks. This position includes opportunities for advancement and rewards with excellent benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Get along well with others and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Safely and properly change beer kegs, CO2 tanks and soda bibs.
• Clean and bus bar top as well as nearby tables.
