Job summary

Hollywood Casino Toledo is seeking a motivated team member for bar/back-of-house support. You will deliver fast, friendly service to casino guests and fellow staff, ensure responsible alcohol service, and help promote casino events. A professional appearance and strong English communication are essential.

You will work at a busy casino, coordinating with beverage servers, bartenders and supervisors while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
• Ability to respond to visual and oral cues; work at a fast pace in busy environments.

• Maintaining par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure
• Placing liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures
• Replacing empty draught beer kegs as may be required
• Slicing and pitting fruit, and fills ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machines
• Operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
• Removing and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with department procedures
• Wiping counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station
• Maintaining cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
