Job summary

Malfi is a welcoming restaurant seeking an energetic bartender to join our team in Oklahoma City. You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beers, while recommending pairings and maintaining a clean, efficient bar area.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required to support our service culture.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Positive, energetic attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Must have ABLE license and alcohol safety training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
• Provide recommendations to guests on drink pairings and the restaurant's wine list.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payments accurately.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Ensure all local and state alcohol laws are followed.
