Job summary

Back Of House is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and maintain a well-stocked, organized bar during service. The role emphasizes urgency, awareness of bar needs, and proactive support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating supplies, cleaning stations, and assisting with beverage prep while staying attentive to guest experience and communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Set up and stock the bar before service.
• Maintain appropriate levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies.
• Replenish products and supplies throughout service based on business needs.
• Wash, polish, organize, and restock glassware.
• Maintain clean bar tops, wells, sinks, equipment, floors, storage areas, and service stations.
• Receive and organize bar-related products and deliveries as needed.
• Communicate shortages, low inventory, equipment issues, or other concerns to bartenders and management.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and team communication.
• Demonstrate strong awareness, urgency, teamwork, and professionalism throughout service.

• Receive and organize bar-related products and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain proper product rotation and organization of storage areas.
• Communicate shortages, low inventory, equipment issues, or other concerns to bartenders and management.
• Assist with running beverages and supporting the floor as needed.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and team communication.
• Demonstrate strong awareness, urgency, teamwork, and professionalism throughout service.
