Job summary

Moxie-Restaurant-Ventures-LLC is seeking a Barback to assist bartenders in beverage preparation and service in a fine dining, high-volume setting. You will stock, clean, and maintain the bar area while supporting a courteous guest experience.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have valid Food Handlers’ and Responsible Beverage Service cards and prior barback experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of barback experience in fine dining or high-volume settings.
• Must hold valid Food Handlers’ and Responsible Beverage Service cards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock juices, mixers, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor, and supplies.
• Clean and stock glassware.
• Cut and stock garnishes.
• Maintain tables by clearing plates, glassware, and utensils.
• Clean bar tops, sinks, rails, ice bins, bottles, and coolers.
• Set up and empty trash and recycling.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws.
