Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous barback or bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with preparing beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar setups.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area.
• Stock and replenish alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Properly label, organize, and store products according to company and safety standards.
• Clean and polish glassware, equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries and anticipating guest needs.
• Support bartenders and teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalation issues when necessary.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelines.
