Job summary

The June Group is seeking a dependable Barback to support our bar team and keep the beverage program running smoothly across the club’s outlets. This role involves restocking, organizing, cleaning, and breaking down bars to ensure bartenders can craft drinks and connect with members.

The ideal candidate is energetic, observant, team-first, with a sense of urgency and a interest in learning hospitality from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barback, bar support, or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to a clean, organized bar.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move kegs and cases using proper technique.

Responsibilities

• Bar Setup & Restocking: Set up bar stations, stock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and garnishes.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized bar and sanitize surfaces and glassware.
• Operational Support: Assist bartenders/servers, receive deliveries, rotate stock, and help with private events.
• Teamwork & Professionalism: Work with staff to ensure smooth service, anticipate needs, and uphold The June’s standards.
