The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and maintain clean, stocked bar areas in a fast-paced setting. You will help with stock, setup, breakdown, garnishes, and guest service while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.

Ideal candidates are 21+, understand common drink recipes, and can communicate well with team members and guests. A flexible schedule including holidays is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and familiar with common drink recipes and spirits.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, staff, and guests.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set up, and break down bar products; assist bartenders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, counters, sinks, utensils, glassware, and storage.
• Prepare garnishes and replenish bar snacks for guests.
