Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Barback in Nashville to assist bartenders, stock and prep for service, and ensure the bar operates smoothly. You will help keep garnishes ready, monitor bar supplies, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in F&B, strong teaming abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time on-site role at a Soho House location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in F&B operation or eager to learn.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented and thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Basic verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of bar and support of staff to ensure guests have a positive experience.
• Assist bartenders and management in maintaining bar presentation and approachability for guests.
• Stock bar(s) with alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and drink mixes.
• Stock bar(s) with non-alcoholic beverages including soda and juice.
• Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars; manage trash and floors.
• Assist with inventory and advise on replenishment through purchase orders.
