Responsibilities

Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep the store operating to standard.
Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and cues.
Follow cash handling, safety and security procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace for quick access to resources.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Assist bartenders to ensure a smooth service flow.
Ensure bar tops and glassware are clean and stools are cleared.
Receive and stock products in accordance with specifications.
Communicate clearly with team and customers.
