Responsibilities

• Restock bar inventory and supplies, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and essential service items.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area, including wiping surfaces, clearing used items, and following sanitation standards.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and supporting inventory rotation as needed.
• Support bartenders during peak service by anticipating needs and ensuring necessary items are available.
• Help maintain a safe, organized workspace and comply with all relevant safety and hygiene procedures.
