Responsibilities

• Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run food, and collect and dispose of garbage.
• Set-up and breakdown the bar.
• Restock garnishes, straws, and napkins; ensure bartenders have clean towels and glassware.
• Keep bar well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Maintain clean surfaces, sweep/mop, and manage waste.
