Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards of a hotel, guest relations and etiquette.

• Basic knowledge of wine, beer, liquors, waters and drink preparation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and supplies by replenishing bar supplies to all bars and alcohol venues on a timely basis during the shift.
• Maintain the appearance of bar and lounge areas, stocking and removing glassware and related supplies.
• Wash all glasses, utensils, and related items following sanitation and safety guidelines; operate the dishwasher; inspect, dry and store items.
• Properly dispose of recyclables and transport soiled barware to stewarding area.
• Follow standard food handling, sanitation, TIPS and health department guidelines.
• Must wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes and follow safety policies.
• Reporting to work on time and regularly is essential.
