Job summary

InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown is seeking a Beverage Stocker to support the Bartender by stocking liquor, beer, wine, and supplies during shifts, ensuring prompt service and proper display. You will help maintain bar stock, assist in garnish prep, and contribute to a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications include basic reading, writing, math, and strong communication. Alcohol awareness certification or food handler card is required, with potential night/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar area with liquor, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, ice, and supplies by following established procedures. Replenish as needed throughout shift.
• Clean beverage equipment, glasses, and service areas; assist in clearing tables and cleaning work areas.
• Assist Bartender in the preparation of garnishes and mixes.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• May set-up and replenish appetizer or "happy hour" buffet, if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
