Job summary

Snowbasin Resort is seeking a Barback to support bartenders during busy shifts in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment. You will prep ingredients, stock glassware, operate the POS, and assist with safety and sanitation procedures.

A focus on guest service and beverage knowledge is essential for delivering top-quality products to Snowbasin’s guests. You will work with the F&B team to ensure proper stock levels, learn menus, and participate in required trainings and team meetings while

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Comfort with handling food & beverage products.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender during full bar operations and service.
• Prep ingredients, cut fruit, stock glassware/equipment, and manage ice.
• Use the POS system to ring out guests and start tabs.
• Follow sanitation procedures in accordance with health codes.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and par stock levels; learn menus to suggest items.
• Learn bartending equipment and best practices; participate in trainings.
