Job summary

Snowbasin is seeking a Barback to support the bartenders during full bar operations in a busy resort environment. You will prep ingredients, stock glassware, make ice, pour beer and wine, and use the POS to ring out guests and start tabs.

Under the direction of F&B leadership, you will follow sanitation procedures, execute recipes, and maintain par levels while delivering top-notch service to guests. Flexible hours include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 1+ years of food & beverage experience.
• Introductory knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Utah Food Handler’s Permit and SIPS/TIPS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender during bar operations.
• Prep ingredients, stock glassware and equipment, and manage ice.
• Operate POS and start guest tabs.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures per health code.
