Concord Pavilion, a 12,500-capacity amphitheater located in Concord, CA, with Mt. Diablo in the background, will host legendary musical acts such as Steely Dan, Tears for Fears, Chicago, Brian Wilson, Santana, Earth, Wind & Fire, and many more in the 2024 season.

The Role:

Assist warehouse managers in delivering food, beverages, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Deliver stock to concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Show flexibility in rotating assignments and help keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Following warehouse manager’s assignments for delivery tasks.
• Receiving, storing deliveries, and tracking inventory.
• Applying FIFO (First In, First Out) method for alcohol storage.
• Rotating products appropriately and notifying management of expired items.
• Labeling and dating received products.
• Maintaining cleanliness of concession and bar areas.
• Restocking stands with food and beverages.
• Inspecting stands for deficiencies and addressing them.
• Assisting with equipment movement during stadium events.
• Performing general housekeeping around concessions areas.

Qualifications:

• Valid Serve Safe certification.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Starting pay is $18 per hour.
