Job summary

Workstream is seeking energetic Barbacks / Bussers to support our bar and dining room operations in Houston. You will keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized while assisting bartenders and floor staff to ensure seamless service for our guests.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of restaurant experience, be 21+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay + tip share and employee discounts on food and beverages are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork mindset.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bar prep and restocking: prepare garnishes, restock liquor and bar supplies.
• Bar and floor maintenance: wash glassware, clear dining/bar areas, tidy counters.
• Support bartenders and floor staff during peak hours and communicate across FOH.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
