Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in clearing the bar area to keep it tidy and safe.

• Refill guests’ water glasses during service.
• Support bartenders and bar staff to maintain guest experience during high volume.
• Greet guests with a smile and direct questions to the right staff when needed.
• Maintain stocked pars for liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Keep bar counters, refrigerators, and gear clean; break down and clean at close.
• Assist with bar mats and coffee urns and ensure proper organization.
