Job summary

Beeline Newport is seeking a Barback to support a fast-paced bartending team in a high-volume setting. You will help prep the bar, restock ice and supplies, and ensure a clean, efficient workspace to deliver a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules and potential benefits through the venue’s program.

Qualifications

• High-volume barback experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with hospitality mindset.
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar is prepared and set up for success.
• Maintain constant awareness of the bar's needs during shifts.
• Change blown kegs and keep operations smooth.
• Keep the bar and workspaces clean, including glassware.
• Replenish ice, alcohol, juices, and glassware as needed.
• Bus tables and support a high-energy team.
