Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Boston is seeking a Barback to support bartenders by keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and ready for service. You will assist with garnishes, glassware, straws, and other supplies to ensure a smooth shift.

• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
• Practice safe work habits; follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations; complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training

Our Barbacks are an essential part of the team and the Bartenders’ extra set of hands. Barbacks are the go‑to support for everything behind the bar. You will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar is well stocked with glassware, garnishes, straws, etc. There’s opportunity for growth in this role as many bartenders have started out as Barbacks.
