Qualifications

• Standing for long periods.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Read and follow recipes for juices and batch cocktails.
• Properly use knives and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain all necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and staff professionally.
• Assist bar staff with filling ice wells and stocking wells with liquor.
• Ensure beer, wine, and cordials are stocked.
• Refill and date mixers, juices, and syrups.
• Cut fruit and garnishes and set up the bar for service.
• Empty bus tubs and prep the bar top.
• Make batch cocktails and understand the batch system.
• Arrive for the shift on time in proper uniform.
• Use juicing machines safely and maintain pars for the bar.
• Follow directions from management and bartenders.
• Know the menu well to answer guest questions about food and drinks.
• Obtain and update required certifications; set up/break down bar area; clean floors and wells.
• Empty trash and wash dishes using the bar machine.
