Barback job at Avanti Food & Beverage. Vail, CO. Avanti Food and Beverage, a high volume food collective with multiple bars, is coming to Vail and looking for a bar back with a great attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service. The main role of the bar back is to support the bartending team by remaining knowledgeable about the product, prepping garnishes & ingredients as necessary, and assisting with bar setup/maintenance. Our ideal candidate will be available to work full time year round. We are looking for someone with high energy and drive that has the stamina to run full shifts with limited downtime. Our bar backs are committed to providing a great guest experience while supporting the bar team.
