Sodexo is seeking a Barback at the Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by The Club. The role supports the bartender with setup, glassware washing, garnishes, stock replenishment, and maintaining bar cleanliness. This full-time position requires open availability on all shifts and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year related experience. You must be old enough to serve alcohol where required.

Qualifikationen

• 0–1 year related experience.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol per local regulations.

Aufgaben

• Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware to ensure adequate supply.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks using FIFO system.
• Restock bar and designated station with supplies and transport to bar setup area.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas to meet health codes.
• Walk or stand for extended periods during shifts.
