Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge Bartender to provide exceptional service and craft cocktails in a fast-paced lounge environment. You will work with servers to ensure swift, accurate service and maintain a well-equipped bar area to meet customer needs.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility across shifts, and compliance with local alcohol-service regulations. Training and benefits are provided by Sodexo as part of a comprehensive hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Provides exceptional customer service and fast, friendly bartending at the lounge.
• Prefers ability to mix a wide range of cocktail recipes and properly blend drinks.
• Requires minimum age to serve alcohol as per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests, mix and serve cocktails with and without alcohol, and craft garnished drinks.
• Ensure bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed to mix beverages.
• Prepare accurate start counts and place inventory/purchasing orders to replenish supplies.
• Maintain cordial, diplomatic, and attentive service to guests.
• Move around the bar area and be able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Work with servers and other staff to ensure prompt service to guests.
