Ontario Trillium Foundation is looking for a Barback in Swampscott, Massachusetts. The Barback will provide guests with a positive dining experience through excellent organization skills, maintain bar stock, and assist bartenders. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, stocking service wells, and ensuring all barback expectations are met. A proactive approach to guest relations and adherence to company policies is essential.
Responsibilities
Provides excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual.
Maintains shift par levels on all bottles, beer, mixers, juices and fruit garnishes.
Keeps all service wells stocked with ice.
Maintains cleanliness of work area behind and adjacent to the bar.
Completes daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis.
Assists other staff members as necessary.
Completes additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Keeps management informed of any problems or guest complaints.

Assists other staff members as necessary.
