Job summary

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno, Nevada is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year bartending experience and an Alcohol Awareness card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience preferred.
• Able to learn how to prepare and serve various alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods.
• Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.
• Able to speak and understand English.

Duties

• Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for all player card levels.
• Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
• Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.
• Completes all shift side work requirements.
• Continuously maintains an organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.
