Red Robin Franchisees Career Center at Tap Ins at the Greenhouse in Overland Park blends elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, and mini golf in a greenhouse setting. We’re seeking energetic barback support to aid bartenders during regular shifts and private events.

You’ll keep the bar stocked, assist with keg changes, bus and reset bar tops, and help with event setups and breakdowns. A flexible schedule and paid training are offered to motivated team players.

Qualifications

Think scratch-made pizzas, stone-fired apps, beer garden hangs, yard games, and a lively atmosphere where guests come for the fun and stay for the drinks. We host everything from casual nights to corporate buyouts, parties, and events - perfect for barbacks who thrive in both everyday service and event setups.Must be at least 18 years old for this role.
