Tap Ins at the Greenhouse in Overland Park blends an all-season entertainment space with elevated American pub fare, craft cocktails, and mini golf, inside a greenhouse-inspired setting.

The barback will keep the bar stocked, assist bartenders during daily shifts and at events, and help with setup and breakdowns for private parties and buyouts while keeping the vibe energetic and guests satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, beer, liquor, and mixers so bartenders never miss a beat.
• Change kegs, restock coolers, and move product from storage to the bar.
• Bus and reset bar tops, wash glassware, and keep the bar area clean and guest-ready.
• Support event setups and breakdowns for parties and buyouts.
• Work as part of the team to keep the vibe high and guests happy for regular shifts and event bookings.

Think scratch-made pizzas, stone-fired apps, beer garden hangs, yard games, and a lively atmosphere where guests come for the fun and stay for the drinks. We host everything from casual nights to corporate buyouts, parties, and events - perfect for barbacks who thrive in both everyday service and event setups.Must be at least 18 years old for this role.
