Red Robin Franchisees Career Center at Tap Ins at the Greenhouse in Overland Park blends elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, and mini golf in a greenhouse setting. We’re seeking energetic barback support to aid bartenders during regular shifts and private events.

You’ll keep the bar stocked, assist with keg changes, bus and reset bar tops, and help with event setups and breakdowns. A flexible schedule and paid training are offered to motivated team players.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift and move supplies as needed
• Wriendly attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, beer, liquor, and mixers.
• Change kegs, restock coolers, and move product from storage to the bar.
• Bus and reset bar tops, wash glassware, and keep the bar area guest-ready.
• Support event setups and breakdowns for parties and buyouts.
• Work with the team to maintain a high-energy vibe and guest satisfaction.
