Job summary

Lakeside is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist bartenders and ensure the cleanliness and stock levels of all bar areas and banquet bars. The role supports smooth service in a casual, guest-focused environment.

The candidate should be able to communicate effectively, handle basic supplies, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. This is an on-site hospitality position aligned with our guest-first approach.

Qualifications

SUMMARY

To assist bartenders and cocktail servers with the stocking and cleanliness of all bar areas and banquet bars.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep liquor room clean and organized.
• Make supervisors aware of low stock amounts on any items.
• Keep all bars stocked with beer, liquor, mixes and anything else the bars needed.
• Complete assigned duties from bartenders in a timely basis.
• Keep portable bar clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Change fryer oil.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
