Job summary

Lakeside Hotel Casino is seeking a team member to assist bartenders and cocktail servers with stocking and maintaining cleanliness in all bar areas and banquet bars.

The ideal candidate will help keep the liquor room organized, ensure bars are stocked, and support bartenders with assigned tasks promptly, including preparing portable bars for events and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

SUMMARY

• Make supervisors aware of low stock amounts on any items.
• Keep all bars stocked with beer, liquor, mixes and anything else the bars needed.
• Complete assigned duties from bartenders in a timely basis.
• Keep portable bar clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Change fryer oil.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
