Native Village of Eklutna/Chin’an Gaming Hall is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced venue. You will restock inventory, maintain bar cleanliness, and help with drink preparation and service while upholding guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A 21+ age minimum, high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases and supplies).
• Stand, bend, and move for long periods.
• Willingness to learn from bartenders and supervisors.
• Availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Assist bartenders with garnishes, juices, and basic drink components.
• Collect and wash glassware; restock clean glasses.
• Open/close duties: set up stations and breakdown at shift end.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Communicate with bartenders, supervisors, and team members.
• Support during peak hours by running drinks and delivering supplies.
