Job Summary

Location: The Kentucky Center for Performing Arts

Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer, and wine in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve food items from kitchen and deliver to bar.
2. Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar.
3. Set up bottles on bar with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
4. Ensure beer taps are working properly.
5. Place bar snacks on the counter; keep supplies stocked.
6. Assist in opening and closing side work.
7. Bustables in the bar area.
8. Help maintain cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas.
9. Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
10. Prepare and serve beverages to assist the bartender.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
