About the Role:
Exceptional service doesn’t happen without great barbacks. At The PiggyBank, our Barbacks are the unsung legends behind the scenes: fueling the flow, keeping things stocked, and making sure every pour is picture-perfect. You’re quick, detail-driven, and not afraid to lift, lug, clean, or sprint when the vibe is up and the bar is slammed.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our bartenders ready to rollby restocking liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies
• Prep garnishes, bar tools, and ensure all stations are guest-ready and bartender-approved
• Maintain a spotless work area behind the bar, on the patio, and anywhere whiskey is happening
• Help set the stage for tastings, activations, events, and our one-of-a-kind cocktail tube service
• Jump in to support servers and tasting room staff when the energy spikes; because teamwork makes the dream pour
• Handle back-of-house logistics with speed, focus, and a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in high-volume bars, restaurants, or live event environments is a major plus
• 18+ years old; it’s the law
• Physically agile and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without slowing down
• Sharp, organized, and always a step ahead of the action
• A “get it done” mentality and a love of working in fast, fun, and high-energy settings
• Strong work ethic, a good attitude, and an appreciation for top-shelf whiskey
