As a Barback, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the bar operates efficiently and smoothly. We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Barback to join our team and support our bartenders during busy shifts. You’ll work closely with bartenders to restock supplies, keep the area clean, and assist with basic service tasks. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Keep bar area clean and organized, including wiping surfaces and clearing glassware

Assist bartenders with garnishes, ice, glassware, and general prep

Remove trash and recyclables regularly

Clean and refill beverage dispensers, mixers, and soda guns

Retrieve and wash glassware and bar tools

Comply with health and safety regulations at all times

Provide friendly and professional support to the bar team

Qualifications :

Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
